All new clients will need to book a First Timer One on One Assessment before they are eligible to take our Pilates Classes

In order to address individual needs, maintain class flow and keep everyone safe, an initial assessment is required and 3 private sessions are recommended.

Reformer Foundations Class

This 55 min Reformer Foundations class is recommended for those newer to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or intermediate/advanced level Pilates-goers looking to reconnect back to the basics. You'll dive deeper into the foundation of Pilates movements in this principle-focused session. We focus on postural awareness, breathwork to support the pelvis and lengthen the spine, as well as spinal mechanics and shoulder girdle organization. Class sizes are limited to 4 people, maximizing personal attention.

Reformer Intermediate Class

This 55 min class is a progression from the foundations. Explore more complex movements, and dynamic exercises. This session will have a steady pace, and is designed for those more familiar with the equipment.

  • Drop In Class : $40 + GST
  • Package of 5: $190 + GST (a $200 value), valid for 3 months
  • Package of 10: $360 + GST (a $400 value), valid for 5 months
  • Package of 20: $700 + GST (an $800 value), valid for 8 months

Pilates Matwork Class

A 50 min group class that focuses on the ABC's of pilates: alignment, breathing, core and control. This matwork class will utilize small props for a full body workout. But don't be deceived, the smaller the equipment, the more challenging Pilates becomes!

Note: If you are new, an initial assessment with one of our instructors is required before starting this class.

Rates:

  • Drop in rate: $25 + GST
  • Package of 5: $120  + GST (a $125 value), valid for 3 months
  • Package of 10: $220 + GST (a $250 value), valid for 5 months
  • Package of 20: $400 + GST (an $500 value), valid for 8 months
  • For those eligible for MSP assistance, we offer reduced rate of $15 + GST per class, unlimited.

GLA:D

GLA:D is a physiotherapist and kinesiologist led education and exercise program for knee/hip pain and dysfunction, however, a diagnosis of osteoarthritis is not required to register.  The program consists of current educational materials and 12 group exercise sessions. We are happy to provide in person classes and virtual classes upon request. Please book an initial assessment with the physiotherapist if this is your first time taking the class.

Rates:

  • MSP: $15 per class
  • Drop-In:  $35 per class
  • Package of 4: $32.50 per class , $130, valid for 2 months
  • Package of 8: $30 per class , $240, valid for 3 months 
  • Starter Package of 12:  $28 per class, $336, valid for 4 months

Qi Gong

Qi Gong directly translates at breath (氣) and work (功) but it is more than breathing. Qi Gong is the study and application of the relationship between awareness, breath and movements.  There are many different types of Qi Gong that have their own avenues of focus.  At Catch, our acupuncturist offers classes in foundational Zhan Zhuang Stand Qi Gong, Relaxational Fang Song Gong, and the Eight Brocade Qi Gong form with a focus on health and injury recover and prevention.  Movements will be modified from the traditional sets to adjust to the student’s injuries and goals.  From these simple to perform but hard to master movements, we will explore and hone the relationship between awareness, breath and movement to build mindfulness in daily tasks, a better awareness of the limitations of your bodies, and low impact daily exercises to maintain joint, tendon and muscles health.
