Pilates Mat Class

A 45 min group class that focuses on the ABC's of pilates: alignment, breathing, core and control! This option is offered as a class pass of 4 sessions for $60 that is valid for 3 months. MSP assisted clients are eligible for a class pass of 4 sessions for $40 that is valid for 3 months.


Pilates Circuit Class

A 45 min group circuit class that combines the use of the reformer, the chair, and the mat. This option is offered as a class pass of 4 sessions for $100 that is valid for 3 months. MSP assisted clients are eligible for a class pass of 4 sessions for $40 that is valid for 3 months.


GLA:D

GLA:D is a physiotherapist and kinesiologist led education and exercise program for knee/hip pain and dysfunction, however, a diagnosis of osteoarthritis is not required to register.  The program consists of current educational materials and 12 group exercise sessions. We are happy to provide in person classes and virtual classes upon request. Please book an initial assessment with the physiotherapist if this is your first time taking the class.


Catch your Posture Plus+

This class is designed for those who are age 65 and up. It focuses on preventing further changes to your spine due to aging, restoring the strength of your muscles, and improving awareness of your posture through movement. Come join us for a 30 minute class that will leave you feeling and moving with more confidence. Please contact us for an initial physio assessment or if you have any questions about the class. 


Catch your Posture

Do you ever catch yourself in a less than favourable posture at work, in front of the computer, or at home? Do you ever wonder why you develop more aches and pains as the years pass? Your daily postures may result in the muscle imbalances and weaknesses that contribute to the discomfort you feel throughout the day. This class focuses on correcting your postural dysfunction, restoring the strength of your spine, and improving awareness of your posture through movement. Catch your Balance

Do you tend lose your balance while walking/running on uneven surfaces, during a yoga class, or navigating up/down steep hills? The loss of joint proprioception which is the ability of the joint to determine it’s place in space may not be optimal. This class focuses on retraining your balance reactions, restoring the strength of your core, and improving awareness of your lower extremities through movement.
