Our policy requires that you complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire and provide consent for treatment when you receive your appointment reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Increased time between appointments to ensure appropriate cleaning and social distancing
• Decreased therapists on the schedule to limit the number of individuals in our clinics
• Clients will be asked to arrive at their scheduled appointment time and no earlier to reduce gathering in the waiting room ie. wait in their car or wait outside
• Self check in for clients
• Plexiglass barriers for reception area
• Required wearing of face masks for therapists
• Required wearing of face coverings for all clients coming into the clinic
• Use of recommended disinfectant grade products for cleaning
• Cash payments not accepted

Nothing! Please provide your information over the phone or email before your first appointment. Ie. personal health number (on the back of your driver's license), claim number and adjustor's name (required for ICBC bookings), doctor's referral ( if required).

Do not bring anything that is not a necessity for your treatment to minimize the contamination of your personal items. Please wear a face mask and comfortable clothing that you can move in. Ie. Shorts if the area of concern is your lower body or a spaghetti style tank top for women if your area of concern is the upper body as we will not be providing clothing at this time. 

Our services are covered by most extended health plans. Please inquire with your insurance provider for information regarding coverage.

You do not need a doctor’s referral to attend physiotherapy or massage therapy, though some extended health plans may require one for coverage.

We are pleased to offer online direct billing for your convenience. Please note that all treatment fees are the responsibility of the client. In the event that online direct billing is not available under your policy plan, a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your extended health carrier. Please check your eligibility with your extended healthcare provider before your first visit.

We accept ICBC claims with a valid claim number. For motor vehicle accidents occurring on or after April 1st, 2019, treatments must take place within 12 weeks of the date of the accident. For motor vehicle accidents occurring before April 1st, 2019, fees apply to the remainder of the preauthorized treatments and approved extensions. We do not accept WorkSafe BC claims.

There is partial provincial coverage for qualifying clients. Please inquire with our staff for more information.

There is 2hr free street parking available along Renfrew, E12th ave, and Kaslo St. There is also an underground paid parking lot at the Renfrew Centre.

We offer one on one pilates sessions and group classes taught by our certified physios, pilates instructors, and kinesiologists. We offer Meritthew rehab reformers and chairs for use during your sessions. Only the sessions offered by our physios are eligible for coverage under your health benefit plan with PBC and Sunlife.
